What can I say? Stories are my favorite, but I believe art is in our nature. In fact, drawing and photography is my way of relaxing from the busyness of life. My life is VERY busy as a nursing major with an on-campus tutoring job. Hence the need for finding and sharing beauty.

Here I am back from a break with no motivation to do any studying. No classes tomorrow anyway, so I'll take a day off, right?
Well... kinda. There were photos to upload, and I've been drawing again... so those need to be scanned and edited too. It sure beats statistics though!!
Starting to get into the holiday mood... time for lights and music and movies and all sorts of wonderful holiday things. Holidays also mean more time for drawing and photos! YAY. Finally something besides course work. ^_^

Hey dA... who am I again? It's been way too long since anything has been posted on this profile.
But not to worry! Several photographs from a 2 week choir tour through Ireland and the UK have been shared with the creative collective. ^_^ It was an absolutely awesome experience.
Anyway, the point is that the silence is over.

Posted the 100th and 101st deviation today! Whoo!! For me, that's a pretty great accomplishment.
What's even more great is that I'm starting to doodle in class again and will hopefully be putting up some drawings very soon. I really enjoy photography, but there's just something wonderful about creating my own pictures.
About my signature: Yes, it seems random. In reality, it's a tiny summary of a first encounter. Anyway, that was a vague and cryptic explanation for anyone who was a bit curious.
